Elections

The present committee is just finishing its term of office of 3 years.

The date for the elections for the new committee will be announced after this year’s Annual General Meeting.

There will again be 4 regular members on the committee (term of office 3 years) and a trainee representative (1 year office).

The President and committee would like to encourage any member who wants to contest the next elections or who would like to nominate someone else for the committee elections to obtain a nomination form from the secretary after the AGM.  An electoral commissioner will be appointed during the AGM as per statute.

Motions

Please submit, in writing, any motion you want discussed at the AGM by Tuesday 7 pm to the Secreatry or any other member of the committee. Thank you

Membership Fees

Please remember to pay your membership of Lm 10 to THE SECRETARY.

Your particiaption in the AGM and elections will depend on this.

Besides the Association needs your membership and participation.

If you are not a member and would like to join this is a good time to approach a member of the committee to join.
